Linda Sebesta of Rochester, Minnesota, suggests this way to streamline the process of baking pies. Prepare several batches of dough at once, roll them out between sheets of plastic wrap, then stack the resulting discs in a pizza box and keep the box in the freezer. Next time you’re making pie, simply pull out the required crusts and concentrate on the filling .
