Ingredients:

Low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt -1 cup (210 grams)
Low-fat milk, cold - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
VIA - 1 packet (Starbucks instant coffee)
Banana 1 whole
Ice 1 cup

Instructions:

Place frozen yogurt, milk, VIA, banana, and ice in a blender.

Blend and serve.
