Ingredients

 1 pound roasted unsalted cashews

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation

 1. Roast cashews in a 350ยบ oven for 5 to 6 minutes

2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and toss with nuts

3. Mix together chopped fresh rosemary with salt, brown sugar and cayenne and toss with buttered nuts
